General Information

• All prices are in US Dollars.
• Three foreign currencies are shown under the price only for information purpose.
• As shipping is calculated during the checkout – the prices in non US currencies only reflect the price for the described item.
• Your credit card will be billed with the total of your ordered items plus shipping and tax (where applicable).
• The correct total for the purchase will be billed to your credit card.
• If your credit card is issued outside the USA, the charge will show in your local currency. Your bank / credit card company will apply the exchange rate valid in the issuing country at the moment of the charge.
• Additonal charges, applied by credit card companies and/or banks outside the USA are according to regulations of these banks / countries and not applied or received by We-R-Art
• A charge of $35 will be added to any returned or not cleared checks. This fee will be charged for each attempt to clear the funds.
• Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail within 72 hours of our receiving your paid orderpayments or – in case of payment by check as soon as the funds clear our bank.
• We have done our best to calculate correct shipping cost for orders from outside the 48 continental States of the USA and international orders. Nontheless, we check for the exact shipping cost with our post office before mailing and will contact you by email incase of a change in shipping costs
• There is no additional charge for shipping outside the US above the normal postal rate for your package.

Privacy Policy

• We do not sell or share any customer information, names, addresses, etc. All information is confidential, no credit card numbers are kept on file.

Return Policy

• Books, paints, brushes and packets are not returnable under any circumstances.
• No returns without prior authorization from us.
• Damage/Errors
  We pack all orders with the utmost care. If damage should occur during transit, please contact the USPS. Save all boxes, product, labeling and packing materials for inspection by the post office that delivers your mail. You may not receive a return claim if these are not kept. If damage is our error, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. Many small items are carefully wrapped in bubble or separate bags for protection. Please check all packing materials and boxes for shortages prior to contacting us.

Security

• All payment transactions are taken via a secure server for your safety.
• If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online, please choose the payment option for mail and mail us a check or money order.

• Payments
  We accept U.S. checks, money orders, Cashiers Checks, Paypal
• Please do not send cash. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen cash or checks.
• Returned personal or business checks are subject to a $35.00 fee "per attempt" to clear the funds.

Shipping Policy

• We make every attempt to ship your order within 72 hours of receiving the confirmed payment.
• We take no responsibility for delays beyond our control. Federal Holidays and illness could delay your shipment but we will make every attempt possible to see that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.
• Once a package has left our hands we do not have control about it’s exact delivery date and time. We choose to ship exclusively by Priority Mail to better serve your need for packages that haven't been over handled, abused or lost in shipment but can in no way guarantee that mishaps will not happen.
  
  We really appreciate your understanding that at times, accidents do happen. We will make every attempt to make right what may have gone wrong but there may be circumstances beyond our control.
